About the Role

First American, named to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list for ten consecutive years, is hiring a Human Resources Project Manager to lead and manage multiple HR projects. In this remote role, you will partner with stakeholders across HR and cross-functional groups to drive initiatives, focusing on change management, planning, and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple HR projects on a regular basis, partnering with various stakeholders across HR and cross-functional groups.
  • Independently oversee multiple medium to large scale complex projects.
  • Create project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports.
  • Identify appropriate resources needed and coordinate schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.
  • Conduct risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with end users, business technologies and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs.
  • Monitor project budgets including project cost estimates and forecasting.
  • Prepare project status reports and keep team, management and clients informed of project status and related issues.
  • Help develop a change management framework and toolkit.
  • May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of project management experience, including managing projects with HR as the customer.
  • 3+ years of experience leading change management activities.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience working within human resources.
  • PMP or other project management certification.
  • CCMP, Prosci, or other change management certification.

Team & Environment

No responsibility for the supervision of others. Works independently setting own priorities and objectives. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave
