Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is hiring a Human Resources Manager to shape our people strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to drive organizational design, performance management, and HR operations, acting as a key enabler of our growth and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
- Lead and execute core HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS management, policy development, benefits support, HR analytics, and training.
- Support compensation planning and market analysis for technical roles, partnering with Total Rewards on salary benchmarking and equity practices.
- Drive culture, engagement, change management, and career pathing initiatives aligned with innovation, accountability, and growth.
- Independently manage HR projects, compliance efforts, and complex employee relations matters in an evolving environment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or HR Manager capacity.
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams, including exposure to immigration and international employment considerations.
- Strong employee relations expertise with the ability to coach leaders and manage sensitive matters independently.
- Agile, progressive thinker with excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- PHR/SPHR certification.
- Experience ideally within technology, AI, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in UltiPro.

- Competitive salary range of $90,000 – $105,000.
