About the Role

RR Donnelley is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to manage administrative tasks and serve as the primary contact for employees seeking HR support. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and connecting our team with essential resources.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for most employee support needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records in both digital and hard-copy formats.
  • Direct employees to appropriate resources such as points of contact, portals, and the intranet.
  • Support recruitment processes and employee retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation, prepare onboarding paperwork, and set up employee files.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support employee resource groups and recognition programs.
  • Provide HR metrics and data to the leadership team upon request.
  • Handle clerical tasks including filing, mailing, and creation of folders.
  • Complete additional HR training as agreed upon with the site HR Manager.
  • Participate in special projects and tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in an employee-facing capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Process-driven with problem-solving skills and the ability to generate solutions based on data.
  • A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Efficiency in Google platforms and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, at a minimum).
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and recruiting software.
