About the Role
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving people initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness, culture, and operational efficiency within a fast-evolving technical organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
- Support management in resolving employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Partner with teams to improve performance management processes
- Guide disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with local laws
- Lead change management initiatives during periods of organizational transition
- Collaborate with recruitment to ensure hiring strategies meet business needs
- Develop talent strategies focused on retention and employee engagement
- Monitor workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend actions
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures across departments
- Advise on job classifications and organizational structure adjustments
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and workplace regulations
- Facilitate HR policy implementation and communication
- Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on workplace investigations
- Assist in annual performance review cycles and feedback systems
- Promote leadership development and coaching opportunities
- Evaluate training needs and support learning programs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Support workforce analytics and reporting for senior leadership
