Anova Care is hiring an entry-level Human Resource Assistant/Clerk to support our home health care team providing mental health services. In this remote role, you will handle daily HR administrative, clerical, and bookkeeping activities to ensure efficient facility operations within a compassionate and dedicated team.
What You'll Do
- Handle daily HR administrative, clerical, and bookkeeping activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and answering phones.
- Relieve at the GHRC reception desk as required.
- Ensure administrative functions are carried out promptly for efficient facility operation.
- Develop and maintain rapport with inter-department and other facility personnel.
- Assist new employees with Paycom onboarding and serve as backup facilitator for general orientation.
- Process CNA re-certifications monthly and maintain licensure information in Paycom for all licensed professionals.
- Assist with in-service, filing, and other clerical tasks.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of two years experience in personnel work and in office work in general.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience in a clerical or administrative environment.
- Ability to relocate to Denver, CO before starting work.
