Hireframe is hiring a HubSpot Specialist to own and optimize our CRM system across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will be the go-to HubSpot expert, ensuring the platform runs like a well-oiled machine and empowering our teams to achieve their goals more efficiently.

What You'll Do

Administer the HubSpot platform (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and maintain its peak performance.
Build workflows, automations, and lead routing/enrichment processes to deliver the right data to the right people.
Configure sales pipelines, deal stages, and notifications to streamline sales processes.
Create dashboards and reports to provide leadership with visibility into key KPIs.
Manage marketing workflows and newsletters, ensuring proper segmentation, template quality, and deliverability.
Maintain accurate CRM data and keep customer lifecycle stages updated.
Integrate HubSpot with other tools like Aircall, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
Train and onboard team members, enabling them to use HubSpot effectively.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or as a HubSpot Administrator.
Proven HubSpot expertise in areas like workflows, automation, lead scoring, and reporting.
Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.
A detail-oriented mindset with a knack for process improvement.
Comfort integrating HubSpot with other tools to boost go-to-market performance.
A proactive, resourceful, and startup-oriented mindset.
