Scale Army is hiring a HubSpot Specialist to manage and optimize our full suite of HubSpot CRM functionalities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure all systems are running smoothly within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do

Oversee the setup, customization, and management of the HubSpot CRM system.
Handle the intake of tickets and ensure the CRM is configured to track and manage these tickets efficiently.
Manage workflows and automations within HubSpot, ensuring they align with business goals.
Ensure that email marketing campaigns and sequences are set up correctly and running smoothly.
Create and manage HubSpot dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Handle data ingestion and management within HubSpot to ensure information remains accurate and up-to-date.
Take requests from internal stakeholders and resolve any CRM-related issues or customization needs.
Provide ongoing support to internal teams to optimize CRM workflows and ensure user adoption of HubSpot tools.
Support handling incoming customer support tickets and ensure they are tracked and resolved through HubSpot.
Use Slack for internal communication to stay connected with the team and ensure a quick resolution of customer issues.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of HubSpot experience with proficiency in the full suite of HubSpot CRM tools and features.
Strong understanding of CRM system setup, data management, and automation tools.
Ability to create detailed and meaningful reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and workflows within HubSpot.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proactive and solution-oriented, able to troubleshoot issues and optimize systems efficiently.
Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally to meet company goals.
