Responsibilities
- CRM & Platform Architecture Own the end-to-end HubSpot portal spanning Sales Hub, Service Hub, and any additional Hubs in use — pipelines, deal stages, ticket queues, properties, lifecycle stages, and user permissions.
- Design and maintain custom objects, associations, and data models supporting AIOapp's full customer lifecycle: prospect → closed → onboarded → active → renewed.
- Enforce data quality standards across deals, contacts, tickets, and companies — including MRR/ARR tracking, lead source attribution, owner assignment, and billing status.
- Manage portal hygiene: deduplication, property audits, workflow cleanup, and access controls.
- Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards for sales pipeline, rep performance, customer health, support ticket trends, and payments reporting.
- Develop commission-ready reporting tied to closed-won and deployed deal stages.
- Create billing and payments reporting views surfacing transaction data, MRR movements, and payment processor metrics (e.g. Adyen) inside HubSpot.
- Surface actionable insights on conversion rates, deal velocity, support resolution times, and churn risk.
- Workflow Automation Architect lead routing, deal progression, onboarding handoffs, support ticket escalation, and billing event automation.
- Build enrollment logic for lifecycle stage transitions, renewal alerts, payment failure notifications, and customer health triggers.
- Automate billing and support workflows — including invoice events, subscription changes, and ticket SLA management — using HubSpot as the coordination layer.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools including payment processors, support platforms, and internal data sources.
- Integration & API Work Design and implement HubSpot integrations via native connectors and direct API — covering payment processing, support, and internal platforms.
- Surface payments and billing data (transaction volume, MRR, payment status) inside HubSpot for customer health scoring and account management.
- Build reliable, documented data pipelines between HubSpot and AIOapp's product and finance systems.
- Ensure HubSpot serves as the authoritative customer record across all touchpoints: sales, support, billing, and payments.
- Enablement & Documentation Document all HubSpot architecture decisions, workflow logic, integration specs, and admin SOPs.
- Train sales reps, SDRs, customer success, and support team members on HubSpot best practices across their respective Hubs.
- Act as the internal HubSpot subject matter expert and first escalation point for platform questions across all teams.
Requirements

- Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and at least one integration pattern (native connectors or direct API).
- Experience integrating HubSpot with support, billing, or payments tools.
- High attention to data quality — you're bothered by blank fields and duplicate records.
