About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining quality documentation, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with established standards across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update quality control records and documentation
  • Support internal, customer, and third-party audits
  • Track non-conformance reports and corrective actions
  • Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards
  • Review inspection and test results for accuracy
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues
  • Manage document control for quality procedures
  • Monitor supplier quality performance and feedback
  • Maintain calibration records for testing equipment
  • Prepare audit schedules and follow-up reports
  • Track key quality metrics and generate performance reports
  • Support root cause analysis for product defects
  • Ensure proper labeling and handling of non-conforming materials
  • Assist in training staff on quality policies
  • Maintain the quality management system database
  • Verify compliance with customer-specific requirements
  • Participate in process improvement projects
  • Review and approve quality-related change requests
  • Support new product introduction quality planning
  • Monitor corrective and preventive action timelines
  • Ensure traceability of materials and processes
  • Assist in risk assessment activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of quality data
  • Respond to customer quality inquiries
