About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining quality documentation, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with established standards across manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update quality control records and documentation
- Support internal, customer, and third-party audits
- Track non-conformance reports and corrective actions
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards
- Review inspection and test results for accuracy
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Manage document control for quality procedures
- Monitor supplier quality performance and feedback
- Maintain calibration records for testing equipment
- Prepare audit schedules and follow-up reports
- Track key quality metrics and generate performance reports
- Support root cause analysis for product defects
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of non-conforming materials
- Assist in training staff on quality policies
- Maintain the quality management system database
- Verify compliance with customer-specific requirements
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Review and approve quality-related change requests
- Support new product introduction quality planning
- Monitor corrective and preventive action timelines
- Ensure traceability of materials and processes
- Assist in risk assessment activities
- Maintain confidentiality of quality data
- Respond to customer quality inquiries
