Parsons Transportation Group is looking for a HSE Engineer - Saudi National to support our project and program management teams. In this role, you will help ensure site-specific safety, health, and environmental plans align with our corporate risk management practices and meet all regulatory and client requirements, working under the direction of an SH&E Manager or Director.
What You'll Do
- Assist the project or program manager with administering SH&E programs.
- Audit the project, program, and worksites against corporate standards.
- Inspect worksites to detect hazards and provide expertise to eliminate or control SH&E risks.
- Create and submit written audit and inspection reports.
- Monitor project work planning and performance to verify conformance with the company's ESHARP management system.
- Implement the company's occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
- Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; create and submit regular analysis reports.
- Assist the project or program manager with new hire orientation.
- Perform regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
- Create and maintain SH&E training records.
- Participate in routine safe work briefings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
