Bilfinger is looking for an HSE Advisor to support our UK operations at the DSM site in Ayrshire. This role is central to managing site health, safety, and environmental compliance and delivering effective safety communications.
What You'll Do
- Manage CDM conditions on site
- Populate and prepare toolbox talks
- Manage overall site compliance with HSE regulations
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety communications
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a site-based HSE advisory or coordination role
- Practical knowledge of CDM regulations and compliance management
- Experience developing and delivering safety communications, including toolbox talks
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards for industrial sites
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based at the DSM site in Ayrshire.
