About the Role

Sagility is seeking an HRSS Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner in the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting talent to support our call center operations and meet service level objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing and executing hourly and exempt recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Meet required daily recruiting metrics.
  • Follow established processes to ensure compliance with internal audit standards and applicable laws.
  • Represent the recruiting team during internal and external audits as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand specific volume hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, providing clear job briefs and evaluating their performance.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to gather comprehensive job requisition details.
  • Assist in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies to represent the Sagility brand professionally.
  • Orient and onboard new employees to ensure understanding of company policies.
  • Maintain partnerships with employment agencies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market demands.
  • Assist in coordinating corporate and facility functions for employees.
  • Complete specific projects as directed by HR action plans.

What We're Looking For

  • A BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a recruiting role.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in Quezon City, Bridgetowne Zeta, Philippines.
