The main task involves active selling of our hearing device range – especially devices from brands like Phonak, Oticon, Resound, and Signia. A crucial aspect is guiding potential customers towards purchase completion and contributing to sales growth. Tasks: 🔹 Sales & Consultation (Core Responsibility) - Active sales consultation in hearing device sector - Presenting and recommending suitable products - Goal-oriented work with clear sales focus 🔹 Customer Management and Communication - Individual support for existing and new customers via (video) telephone and email - Building long-term customer relationships to increase sales numbers - Contributing to sales process optimization - Introducing ideas to enhance sales performance 💰 Optional Compensation: Performance-based compensation model possible. Qualifications You have completed training as a Hearing Device Acoustician OR have sales experience.
