Tasks In this diverse position, you will undertake the following activities: As a digital hearing acoustician, we receive numerous inquiries from customers and interested parties. The main component of your task is to call these inquiries to conduct consulting and sales conversations. • Sales and After-Sales Support: Telephone consultation and sales of our hearing device range to hearing solution interested parties (no cold acquisition). • Consultation: Professional support of our customers and interested parties via telephone, email, and live chat regarding hearing aids and accessories. • Communication: Managing the Migelino telephone center and official email address. • Organizational Support: Assistance in various organizational and administrative tasks.
