Monks is looking for an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to serve as a strategic partner to leadership, connecting people and business with a systemic perspective and a focus on generating value. You'll promote healthy, high-performance environments through a consultative, data-oriented approach aligned with Monks' organizational culture.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic consultant to leadership, offering insights on climate, performance, and team development.
- Conduct continuous reviews of the area’s structure, evaluating client needs and team capabilities to optimize resource utilization.
- Use data and insights to support evidence-based decision-making and improve the quality and relevance of collected data.
- Diagnose and propose actions for talent engagement, development, and retention based on HR data and indicators.
- Conduct analyses of organizational risks and opportunities, prioritizing sustainable actions aligned with company culture.
- Support the resolution of complex cases with strategic impact, promoting healthy work environments.
- Monitor handover processes, team changes, and performance calibration, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation.
- Foster and facilitate actions to strengthen organizational culture, aligning values and practices between teams and leadership.
- Contribute to succession, recognition, training, mentorship, and feedback programs.
- Ensure people management practices comply with internal policies and applicable legislation.
- Support initiatives for inclusion, diversity, mental health, and recruitment in partnership with specialist areas.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating strategic dialogues and workshops.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education in Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
- Good understanding of data analysis and indicator management.
- Skills in influence, conflict management, adaptability, and systemic vision.
- Attitudes oriented towards results, ethics/discretion, and assertiveness.
- Previous experience as an HRBP or in organizational development areas.
Nice to Have
- Affinity with Artificial Intelligence.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
