Hamilton Recruitment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to own and drive recruitment for qualified Accountants, Actuaries, Auditors, and Lawyers in the Caribbean and Bermuda region. In this commission-only, remote role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building international client and candidate relationships on a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

Manage resourcing assignments from start to conclusion.
Develop professional relationships with qualified candidates.
Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
Screen applicants, polish CVs, and arrange interviews with clients.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
Ensure the Client Relationship Management database is up to date.
Network and facilitate business development by staying close to clients.
Provide truly excellent client service.

What We're Looking For

Significant experience in professional permanent placements within a recruitment agency.
A self-driven professional who works quickly and effectively.
Organised with the ability to influence at all levels of seniority.
A well-spoken, professional manner with excellent written communication skills.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, spread across the week.
Ability to provide your own laptop or desktop (PC or Mac) with Microsoft Office installed.
A friendly, proactive ‘can do’ attitude.

Financial Services sector expertise (accounting, actuarial, audit, insurance).
