EY is looking for an HR Training Intern to join our Core Business Services (CBS) department, specifically within the Training area. You will help ensure our teams have the tools they need to excel by assisting in the identification and fulfillment of training needs in a constantly evolving environment.
What You'll Do
- Participate in detecting training and development needs and help facilitate the launch of related programs.
- Manage, monitor, and coordinate the Firm's training and development activities.
- Support the management of FUNDAE.
- Support cost management processes.
- Learn and grow in a creative, challenging, and collaborative environment.
- Receive professional training within a team involved in national and international projects.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Final year student or recent graduate pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- English proficiency at Level B2 or higher (evaluated during selection, certification not required).
- User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong competencies in teamwork, dynamism, proactivity, initiative, and results orientation.
- Availability for immediate, full-time incorporation for a minimum of 6 months.
- Essential: Ability to sign a training agreement (convenio de prácticas).
Nice to Have
- Pursuing a Master's in Human Resources is valued.
