Nationale-Nederlanden is looking for an HR Trainee to launch your career in Human Resources. You'll be an active member of our team, contributing to key projects that shape the employee experience while gaining hands-on learning across all HR areas.
What You'll Do
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth journey for new hires.
- Learn to use platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Participate in initiatives related to recruitment, training, and development.
- Contribute to projects involving reward policies, benefits analysis, and benchmarking.
- Assist in preparing essential payroll and social security documentation.
- Handle internal inquiries on labor issues and remuneration.
- Help prepare and analyze HR performance reports.
- Be part of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or school.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong English skills.

- Previous internships in HR or scholarships related to Compensation & Benefits.
