The HR Support Hub Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring smooth and professional HR service delivery across the Southern region. As part of the askHR team, you’ll manage initial HR inquiries, triage requests, and provide reliable administrative coordination that supports both employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely first-line support for HR and recruitment services, guiding staff and managers through key processes
- Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments with precision, ensuring all onboarding steps are fully completed
- Offer initial guidance on HR matters, identifying when issues need escalation to specialist teams
- Help maintain and enhance compliance with employment legislation, privacy standards, and internal policies
- Organise and lead bi-monthly orientation sessions for new employees, contributing to a positive onboarding experience

Work Environment

Compensation and Development
The salary range is $73,476 to $76,551 per year, aligned with experience.
