Medtronic is hiring an HR Support professional for an AskHR Representative role. This position is a key part of our HR Shared Services (HRSS) transformation journey, supporting global HR processes. You will work with regional and global HR teams to provide consistent, customer-centric guidance on HR programs, policies, and applications to employees and managers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Manage inquiries using the ServiceNow case management tool, resolve them at first point of contact, or escalate queries with a customer-centric approach.
- Actively identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with the team and HR Centers of Expertise to build knowledge articles for consistent, accessible information.
- Timely escalate employee issues, concerns, and feedback to help HR capture the Voice of the Customer.
- Adhere to operational excellence standards and provide best-in-class HR Service Delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks and documentation within the scope of the Ask HR Service Delivery Catalogue.
- Work in ambiguous situations, take ownership, and contribute to improvements with guidance and teamwork.
- Contribute to building knowledge-based articles and other centralized information resources.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Openness to working across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or another discipline.
- Experience in a helpdesk or customer support role, particularly within an HR or Shared Services environment.
- Experience using ServiceNow Case Management and Workday.
