As an autonomous contractor yourself, you'll function independently while supporting the organization's strategic objectives, establishing streamlined onboarding procedures, and maintaining contractor documentation. If you're proactive, proficient in HR methodology, and confident providing guidance on regulatory compliance and procedural frameworks within a contractor-exclusive environment, we are eager to connect with you. Requirements - Manage the complete lifecycle of independent service providers, encompassing onboarding, documentation, and separation processes - Create and sustain contractor agreements aligned with regulatory and operational requirements - Function as primary liaison for contractor support, addressing inquiries, documentation requests, and workflow configurations - Design and enhance HR systems and protocols tailored to contractor requirements - Monitor contract terms, renewal schedules, and compliance across multiple service providers - Collaborate closely with leadership to predict contractor resource needs and optimize operational efficiency - Remain current on contractor-related legislation and industry best practices, ensuring all processes conform to contemporary standards - Facilitate initiatives promoting contractor satisfaction, communication, and long-term retention Qualifications and Experience - Minimum 5 years' HR professional experience, including at least 2 years engaging with independent contractors - Comprehensive understanding of contractor workforce management, covering agreements, onboarding, and remote operational strategies - Profound knowledge of labour regulations and compliance considerations specific to independent contractors - Demonstrated proficiency utilizing HR software and technological tools for contractor recordkeeping and process automation - Superior communication, time management, and organizational capabilities - Highly self-motivated with ability to operate autonomously as a business service provider - Mandatory access to dependable internet connectivity and personal computing device
