Nestlé is seeking an HR Services Analyst (Process Optimizer) to join our team. In this role, you will support automation and continuous improvement projects related to Human Resources processes, following the procedures of Latin American countries. You will contribute to identifying digitalization opportunities and help implement solutions within our diverse, inclusive, and innovative company culture that invests in Digital Transformation and values employee well-being.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on projects focused on process efficiency and quality.
- Support the development and maintenance of automations for the Human Resources catalog.
- Participate in identifying improvements and digital solutions.
- Assist in documenting and monitoring automation projects.
What We're Looking For
- Complete degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- English highly desirable.
- Intermediate Excel desirable.
- Intermediate level in the Power Platform is a plus.
- Knowledge of Knime is a plus.
- Knowledge in Project Management is a plus.
