Accenture is hiring an HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst to design employee data processes that manage employment records and transactions. Your work will directly improve workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility and reducing costs.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
- Interact daily with peers within Accenture and occasionally with clients and management.
- Receive minimal daily instruction and a moderate level of guidance on new assignments.
- Make decisions impacting your own work and potentially the work of others.
- Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort or team.
- Work in rotational shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduation degree.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
