NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, seeks an HR Service Delivery Analyst to focus on delivering seamless talent acquisition and onboarding services. This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of new employee integration and supporting recruitment activities.
What You'll Do
- Administer the onboarding of new employees, handling orientation registration, background checks, and SAP record creation.
- Identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates by creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Solve routine problems by following established guidelines and precedents.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by team needs.
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduation degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR or service delivery experience.
