Crystalia Glass LLC is looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to drive company growth through full-cycle talent acquisition. In this role, you will develop hiring strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and support the onboarding process.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from Junior to Senior level.
- Develop candidate profiles and tailored hiring strategies for each position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Create interview questions, evaluation forms, and test assignments.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Apply diverse assessment methods to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Participate in other HR projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Analytical skills to assess hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles.
- Fluent English language skills (B2-C1 level).
- Organized, results-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- 4+ years of relevant, active recruitment experience, with 2 years specifically in global recruitment.
Nice to Have
- Full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition or Staffing experience in international companies or agencies.
