About the Role

Brand Boosting GmbH is hiring an HR Operations Manager (f/m/d) to provide comprehensive operational support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, you will manage contracts, benefits, onboarding, and payroll while driving process improvements to enhance HR efficiency. You’ll contribute to our mission of creating inspiring work environments where people achieve extraordinary things.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain full document and contract management, ensuring consistent and compliant documents.
  • Handle and resolve employee inquiries regarding contracts, policy, payroll, and systems.
  • Execute a streamlined operational onboarding experience, ensuring legal compliance and cross-functional alignment.
  • Act as the primary contact for monthly payroll preparation and validation, serving as the communication point with the external payroll provider.
  • Oversee and administer employee benefits.
  • Identify and execute process improvements aimed at optimizing HR operational efficiency and driving automation.
  • Own and audit HRIS data integrity and system configuration to ensure accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of relevant HR administration or operations experience.
  • Completed HR-related commercial apprenticeship or a university degree.
  • Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, ownership, and a structured approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Proficient handling of HR systems and data maintenance.
  • Ability to independently resolve complex employee inquiries.
  • Willingness to actively participate in projects for the further development of the HR function.
  • English and German language skills at level B2 or above.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the Personio HR system.
