Verallia is offering a 24-month apprenticeship for an HR Officer and Internal Communications specialist at our plant in Chalon-sur-Saône. You will join the Human Resources department, tackling a broad range of HR management and strategic communication projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage HR for apprentices and interns: conduct needs assessments, run recruitment campaigns, handle personnel administration, and organize onboarding days.
- Support managers as an HR Business Partner by creating frameworks and validation systems for upskilling and internal promotions.
- Lead HR projects focused on structuring and optimizing processes, performance development, candidate experience, and diversity policy.
- Enhance the employer brand by participating in job fairs, forums, and events, while establishing and monitoring local partnerships.
- Design internal and external communication strategies, manage an editorial calendar and communication channels, and create visual materials.
What We're Looking For
- Currently preparing a Bac+5 level education (business school, specialized master's, university master's or equivalent) in Human Resources.
- A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) within an HR department.
Nice to Have
- A specialization in communication within your HR-focused Bac+5 program.
- A dynamic, proactive, and collaborative personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, excellent communication skills (writing, presentation), analytical abilities, and creativity.

You will be part of the Human Resources department at the Verallia plant in Chalon-sur-Saône.
