Company is seeking an HR Officer to oversee labor relations and coordinate comprehensive employee welfare programs. You will ensure all activities comply with company policy and labor laws while driving employee engagement and creating positive experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design creative activity guidelines aligned with social conditions, technology, and employee needs.
- Advise on organizational policies, regulations, procedures, and welfare benefits to improve employee care.
- Define personnel management theories, tools, and methods appropriate for creating good employee experiences.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze resignation causes, and prepare summary reports.
- Manage employee child scholarship programs and establish criteria for recruitment and selection.
- Coordinate meetings and provide advice to the Welfare Committee.
- Control welfare benefits to ensure legal compliance.
- Advise on medical treatment, welfare benefits, and health insurance.
- Disburse welfare assistance funds for cases of illness or death affecting employees or their families.
- Communicate work regulations to departments and employees, and consult with supervisors on disciplinary actions.
- Manage club activities (GCME Club), coordinate and assist clubs, and monitor club operations.
