Indra Avitech GmbH is looking for an HR Manager Strategy & Operations (m/w/d) to support our CHRO in driving strategic and operational HR initiatives within our international corporate matrix organization. Based in Friedrichshafen, you will play a key role in shaping our HR function.
What You'll Do
- Support the CHRO with strategic and operational HR measures in an international corporate matrix organization.
- Independently execute and lead HR projects.
- Participate in the legal, technical, and cultural integration into the Spanish parent company.
- Optimize HR processes, for example through digitization and automation.
- Establish and manage HR controlling.
- Participate in daily HR operations and support or represent HR team members in other areas, such as employee and management support and payroll.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree in business administration, economics, business law, or a comparable qualification.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of generalist HR experience.
- An independent and self-responsible way of working with high quality awareness.
- A structured and process-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for the essentials.
- The ability to initiate and accompany change processes.
- An open personality and good communication skills at different stakeholder levels.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Secure handling of HR/IT systems; initial experience with Personio and SAP is desirable.
- Experience in payroll support.
