ofinto ag is building the leading online provider for ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable desks in the DACH region. We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (70-100%) to own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of all paid marketing channels across five countries. You will manage a six-figure monthly media budget to drive our D2C brand to market leadership.

What You'll Do

Define the strategy and directly implement and optimize all paid marketing channels, including Google, Meta, Display, and other networks.
Manage a monthly six-figure paid media budget with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustainable ROAS growth.
Create, analyze, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and other networks.
Coordinate agencies and freelancers while developing a scalable performance marketing infrastructure.
Conduct systematic A/B tests, perform in-depth data analysis, and derive measures for ROAS optimization.
Identify new performance marketing channels and scale successful approaches with innovative ideas.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing channels like Google Ads and Meta.
Proven track record managing large budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently.
Extremely data-driven mindset with a passion for data-based optimization.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.

Nice to Have

Experience with attribution models, media mix modeling, or marketing automation.
