About the Role

Assist World is seeking an HR Manager / HR Assistant to provide comprehensive human resources support for a clinical laboratory operating in the healthcare sector. This is a full-time, remote position where you will function as a virtual assistant.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and support core HR functions for a clinical laboratory environment
  • Act as a virtual HR assistant, executing tasks and projects remotely
  • Ensure HR practices comply with healthcare sector regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with laboratory management to address HR needs and challenges

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or HR Assistant role
  • Background supporting organizations in the healthcare or clinical laboratory sector
  • Ability to work effectively as a full-time, remote virtual assistant
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and administrative tasks

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, global position. Candidates must be located in the Philippines or South Africa.
