The HR Manager & Executive Assistant to Founder will serve as the right hand to the Founder of Fuelerate, a fast-growing growth partner for Shopify brands. This role combines end-to-end HR and people operations with high-level executive support, directly impacting team scalability and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Run hiring end-to-end
- Write and post job ads
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain hiring dashboards and KPIs
- Improve processes, not just follow them
- Organize priorities and follow-ups
- Support inbox and calendar organization
- Send contracts and documents
- Update Google Sheets and trackers
- Book flights/travel when needed
- Take work off the Founder’s plate before being asked
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HR / recruiting / people ops
- Experience as Executive Assistant or Operations support
- Strong English (written + spoken)
- Strong Google Sheets ability
- Proactive, independent working style
- Comfort in fast-moving environments
