Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership and local management to implement the expansion plan for the Brazil Success Hub, ensuring scalable organizational growth.
- Identify and nurture local talent to create a strong leadership pipeline within the regional hub.
- Advise on organizational structure and workforce planning to meet evolving business demands and rapid scaling needs.
- Serve as the main local contact for the Global Talent Acquisition team, improving hiring efficiency and market-specific recruitment strategies.
- Lead final-stage 'Culture Fit/Alignment' evaluations to ensure new hires embody company core values.
- Support coordination of local interviews and timely feedback processes to maintain a fast and effective hiring cycle.
- Design and manage the onboarding experience for Brazilian employees, fostering early connection to the global mission.
- Create and execute initiatives that sustain a strong, inclusive culture for both remote and in-office team members.
- Lead local engagement activities and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in line with the global 80/20 cultural framework.
- Supervise and mentor the Senior HR Operations Specialist to ensure reliable administrative support for the local office.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor regulations, including CLT and internal policies.
- Adapt and enforce global HR policies at the local level, ensuring legal and cultural appropriateness.

The HR Manager (Brazil) acts as the primary HR leader locally, combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle. This role directly supervises the Senior HR Operations Specialist and works closely with the Senior Director of HR (Americas), local leadership, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Business Partners, other regional HR managers, and Success Hub teams.
