Keller Executive Search is seeking an HR Generalist - Technology and Innovation to act as a key HR partner for a global, remote-first technology group. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle and contribute to strategic HR initiatives within a distributed team environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
- Administer and optimize HR programs including benefits enrollment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all US jurisdictions where remote employees are based.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; generate reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and support recruitment efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Support payroll processing and coordination with finance on compensation-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help cultivate a positive, inclusive remote work culture.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist capacity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of US federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed workforce environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR technology tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Background supporting international or globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in technology environments.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of global HR practices and cross-border employment considerations.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
