Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming and compliant onboarding process for new employees.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS platform (Workday).
- Address employee questions and fulfill HR-related requests promptly.
- Oversee offboarding procedures to ensure a respectful and smooth exit experience.
- Work with the IT department to manage technology transitions for departing employees.
- Distribute HR policies and collect required signed acknowledgments.
- Support the Colleague Experience Team with ongoing process coordination.
- Handle unemployment claim filings and related documentation.
- Contribute to updates and revisions of the employee handbook.
- Provide administrative support for the organization’s summer internship program.
- Offer assistance with employee immigration documentation and processes.
- Aid in internal audit preparation, data collection, and reporting requirements.
- Support team operations including scheduling and recording meeting minutes.
