Sharecare is hiring an HR Coordinator to provide essential support to our HR Business Partner team. This role plays a key part in meeting the demands of our rapid growth and contributes directly to achieving team and organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive new hire onboarding experience and ensure compliance with onboarding activities.
- Manage and submit employee changes in our HRIS system (Workday).
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate exiting colleagues and ensure a positive transition experience.
- Collaborate with the IT team regarding the transition of exiting colleagues.
- Assist in the distribution of policies and procedures, and collect signed documents and acknowledgments.
- Support Colleague Experience Team process management.
- Manage unemployment claims.
- Assist with colleague handbook updates.
- Assist with administration of the companywide summer intern program.
- Assist with employee immigration cases.
- Support internal audit efforts and reporting.
- Support team management including schedules and meeting minutes.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to maintain the highest confidentiality with sensitive employee data.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to accuracy and detail, and the ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook. Basic PowerPoint knowledge.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of related professional experience.
