Tractor Supply Company is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties for our Distribution Center team members. You will partner with management and team members across various HR functions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with team members and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations for corrective action and improvement.
- Respond to employee relations issues, including complaints and payroll or benefits inquiries.
- Assist in representing the company for unemployment claims.
- Facilitate and provide training to Distribution Center team members.
- Maintain and coordinate team member recognition programs.
- Recruit applicants for entry-level hourly and technical openings by reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
- Maintain working relationships and monitor day-to-day implementation of company policies.
- Participate in investigating safety issues and violations with management.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Nice to Have
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A detail-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledge of KRONOS and ADP payroll systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations.
- Ability to effectively coach team members and management through complex issues.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and make recommendations to resolve problems.
