Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related topics
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes in alignment with business needs
- Lead performance management cycles and provide guidance on evaluations
- Drive employee engagement through targeted programs and feedback mechanisms
- Advise on organizational design and workforce planning
- Manage employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and company policies
- Partner with global HR teams to implement standardized practices
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformations
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits in coordination with central teams
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy standards
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within teams
- Facilitate leadership development and coaching for managers
- Monitor HR metrics and report on key people indicators
- Support disciplinary actions and terminations in a legally sound manner
- Collaborate with health and safety officers on workplace standards
- Assist in internal mobility and career development discussions
- Champion company values and ethical conduct across teams
- Coordinate with legal counsel on employment law matters
- Participate in HR project teams and process improvements
