ATI is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead critical human resources initiatives within our Operations Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a harmonious and productive work environment, directly supporting our operational goals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Assist in developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within your operations stakeholder group.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues within your operations stakeholder group.
- Support and consult on the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers and the talent acquisition group to fill open positions within your stakeholder group.
- Support and execute talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring metrics to track progress and drive accountability for achieving HR goals.
- Work with a team of HR business partners, working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.
Work Mode
This role is based locally and requires presence in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
