Providence Health & Services is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner, providing a broad range of HR services to leaders and working closely with executives to address operational and talent-related needs. Your focus will be on proactively translating business strategies into effective HR solutions that support our mission of patient-focused, whole-person care.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) you support.
- Address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching.
- Proactively translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives.
- Work as an extended member of executive and senior leadership and act as a close advisor to the leadership team.
- Work with operational leaders to ensure positive caregiver experiences for the client groups you support.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
- Senior Human Resource Professional certification upon hire.
