About the Role

At Saviynt, a high-growth Platform as a Service company focused on Identity Authority, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR strategist for our U.S. Product and Engineering (R&D) teams. You will drive organizational design and talent strategy in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the lead HR consultant for the U.S. Product and Engineering teams, aligning people strategy with ambitious technical roadmaps.
  • Partner with technical leadership to identify and execute HR interventions in organizational structure, employee retention, and high-impact engagement.
  • Drive the end-to-end pay and performance cycle, ensuring technical teams have clear goal alignment, constructive feedback loops, and equitable compensation.
  • Utilize deep-dive HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and conflict resolution, helping technical managers lead with empathy and excellence.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation to master workforce planning and succession for critical technical roles.
  • Lead initiatives for employee experience, ESG, and the development of the next generation of technical leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a specific focus on supporting Engineering, Product, or R&D organizations in a high-growth environment.
  • A track record of executing HR initiatives that directly drive business results in fast-paced, technology-driven companies.
  • A highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to influence stakeholder decisions.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones while maintaining a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Nice to Have

  • SHRM or HRCI certification.
