About the Role

FMC is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic partnership and hands-on support for our Corporate Functions and Production Site. In this role, you will partner directly with directors and people managers to provide coaching, manage talent, champion employee advocacy, and facilitate organizational change.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with functional heads and leaders to align HR practices with strategic business initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Work as a key HR team member to define vision and develop strategy around future talent management needs.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Directors to support programs and practices for attracting top talent.
  • Support change management initiatives and act as a change agent to drive business results.
  • Address day to day employee and manager relations, including performance management.
  • Coach managers to improve employee performance.
  • Provide guidance and support in administering human resources policies and procedures.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of client-facing Human Resources business partnering experience.
  • Prior experience as a Business Partner to a leadership team or senior level managers.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations.
  • Sound HR knowledge and skills and proven ability to apply them in varied situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive changes.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A sense of urgency and responsiveness in dealing with emerging issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask.
  • Desire to understand broad business issues and apply to the projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Graduate degree or MBA.

Team & Environment

You will partner with directors and people managers and collaborate with other HR professionals.

This is an onsite position based in Campinas, SP.
