About the Role

Join Vodafone as an HR Associate and support our HR Shared Services by ensuring the accurate administration of HR data, transactional processes, and employee records. You will play a key role in maintaining compliant and timely HR operations, serving as a primary point of contact for routine queries and contributing to effective service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, training data, eLearning materials, reward and recognition data, and HR reports.
  • Prepare and process transactional HR activities to support daily HR operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of both system‑based and manual tasks, meeting integrity and audit requirements.
  • Manage purchase orders and support effective service delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Resolve queries in line with SLAs and escalate complex cases to the Team Leader when required.
  • Provide inputs for the preparation of HR reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Customer-focused with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Confident using MS Office and comfortable with digital HR systems.
  • Able to work with consistency, meet deadlines, and manage routine processes reliably.

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid model, with 3 days working from home and 2 days office visit per week. It is open to candidates located in Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, the UK, Germany, Ireland, Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
