Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated dashboards using BI tools to provide senior management with refreshing, upfront insights into our people data
- Translate 'people problems' into 'data questions,' cleaning data from HRIS, payroll, and surveys to create a single source of truth
- Track and report on key talent metrics like Time-to-Fill and Cost-per-Hire to help us constantly improve our recruitment journey
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity audits to ensure our compensation remains competitive, fair, and supportive
- Identify bottlenecks in the employee lifecycle and recommend data-backed improvements to remove complexity and streamline processes
- Ensure data integrity and compliance, keeping our information secure and in line with all local employment laws and GDPR
Requirements
- expert in data manipulation, with advanced skills in tools like Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) or Google Sheets
- experienced with HRIS and ATS platforms—you’ve spent significant time navigating systems like Workday, ADP, or BambooHR
- proficient in BI tools, specifically Looker or Power BI, to turn complex numbers into simple, relatable visual stories
- a strong communicator who can explain the 'why' behind the numbers to non-technical stakeholders in plain English
- analytical and pioneering, not afraid to challenge the status quo by using data to suggest better ways of working
Nice to Have
- a degree in a relevant field (like Stats, HR, or Business) and perhaps even some SQL or Python knowledge
