CoolGames is hiring an HR Adviser to serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters in our Amsterdam office. You will guide management through HR change processes and work to strengthen the HR function within our international, creative environment.
What You'll Do
- Guide the CoolGames management team in HR change processes.
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters from strategic to operational level.
- Play an active role in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Work on strengthening HR positioning within CoolGames.
- Handle topics like vitality, absenteeism, and well-being.
- Develop a sustainable remote work structure.
- Manage fiscal and legal aspects of highly skilled migrants and outsourcing work to other countries.
- Streamline and monitor outsourced payroll administration.
- Optimize HR processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience as an HR adviser in a dynamic, international or fast-growing environment.
- Ability to easily switch between strategic and operational work.
- Proactive, solution-oriented with a strong personality.
- Speak and write good English.
Team & Environment
You will formally report to the Head of HR of Keesing Media Group and be operationally managed by the management of CoolGames. The central HR team of the Keesing Media Group consists of a Head of HR, an HR advisor, an HR officer, a recruiter, and a communications advisor.

- Salary range: € 4,239.06 to € 5,280.20 gross monthly, depending on experience.
