Mindrift is looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Consultant - AI Trainer to help improve Generative AI models for specialized questions and complex reasoning. You will use your expertise to directly shape how AI understands and communicates within the ServiceNow domain.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI capabilities.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge of ServiceNow.
