ATI is hiring a HR Administrator

This HR Administrator role is central to maintaining efficient human resources operations. The individual will coordinate essential administrative tasks that support staffing, employee onboarding, and ongoing HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and maintain accurate records for purchase orders and invoice coding.
  • Ensure employee electronic files are current, complete, and securely maintained.
  • Administer a range of employee programs, including retiree processing, service recognition, internal mobility initiatives, and personnel record updates.
  • Lead new hire orientations and support internal staffing efforts, from requisition entry to onboarding coordination.
  • Process and track training requests and tuition reimbursement submissions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring company-wide training programs and related logistics.
  • Collaborate across HR functions, including participation in continuous improvement events and special projects.
  • Cross-train with other HR team members to support broader departmental goals and coverage needs.
