ATI is hiring an HR Administrator to perform a variety of duties in our Human Resources department. You will join a team that is Proven to Perform, supporting key functions like staffing, onboarding, employee projects, services, and training.
What You'll Do
- Order office supplies and maintain purchase orders and invoice coding for the department.
- Maintain documents in employee electronic files.
- Administer employee programs including retiree processing, service award program, rapid cast, recognition programs, and personnel record upkeep.
- Support all internal staffing and onboarding activities for new hires and lead new hire orientations.
- Administer position requisition entry and tracking.
- Administer approval and storing process for training requests and the tuition reimbursement process.
- Support coordination, tracking, and planning logistics of company training programs.
- Cross train in defined areas with other HR roles of similar nature.
- Support other HR areas as needed including CI events, special projects, and responsibilities.
