MultiCare seeks an HP Executive Business Partner to provide strategic human capital guidance and field support for assigned executive leadership teams. You will act as the primary point of contact between the business unit and the HP Center of Expertise, using a data-driven approach to influence people practices and culture in alignment with our mission-driven values.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Executive Leadership to develop and implement comprehensive employee strategies supporting change management, development, growth, and engagement.
- Provide strategic HP support aligned with business initiatives and organizational growth plans.
- Evaluate and support leaders in building values-based, high-performance work cultures focused on employee engagement and retention.
- Function as the primary HP point of contact and provide field HP support for your assigned business unit.
- Consult with leaders on succession planning, job design, staffing plans, selection, retention, compensation, performance management, and workforce development.
- Champion a Just Cause Culture and promote the use of HRO Principles and tools, including the Performance Management Decisions Guide.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of professional-level human resources experience.
- Experience in interpreting personnel policy and managing a wide range of employee issues.
- A continued pattern of learning and growth in your career.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A recognized human resources professional certification, such as PHR or SPHR.
Team & Environment
You will serve as the Strategic HP Business Partner for the Executive/Senior Leadership team(s) in your assigned business unit(s), functioning as the primary point of contact on the HP team.

- Salary range: $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD
