Elesta is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Household Assistant to support a high-profile private family. This role requires traveling with the family, exceptional attention to detail, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent travel. The position offers the unique opportunity to work in a reputable, prestigious household and to travel internationally with the family when needed.

What You'll Do

Oversee and manage a team of housekeepers within the villa.
Prepare simple, home-style meals from Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian cuisine for children and nannies.
Organize grocery shopping (both online and in-person), ensuring high-quality products are sourced efficiently.
Handle personal errands and ad-hoc requests from the family.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and household organization.
Support the family’s needs during travel, ensuring smooth coordination and logistics.

What We're Looking For

Experience in cooking and a genuine passion for culinary arts.
Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide household staff.
