Join Voyage Privé as a Hotel Sourcing & Contracting (m/f/d) specialist based in Bangkok. You will be a key driver for our Asia Team's growth, securing exclusive hotel deals to deliver top-quality travel experiences and strong business results within our mission-driven, innovative culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thailand to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Content, to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls.
- Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels.
What We're Looking For
- Proven 5 years' experience in contracting within Tour Operating, DMC, Hospitality, or Beb Banks in Thailand.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ease in dealing with suppliers, and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of the Thai market and contacts with its key players.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
- Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Enjoy working in the field, with frequent travel in Thailand to be expected.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- French language skills are a plus.
