Search Atlas Group is looking for a Concierge Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team by handling inbound and outbound calls regarding reverse mortgages, qualifying customers, and scheduling appointments.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from customers wanting information about our reverse mortgage program.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, targeting 100+ dials per day.
- Create interest in the reverse mortgage program.
- Qualify customers against program guidelines using a script.
- Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team.
- Create appointments for follow-up.
- Mail information packets to customers.
- Update the Sales CRM with notes for each transaction.
What We're Looking For
- Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone.
- A customer service background.
- Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product.
- Mortgage industry knowledge.
- An organized and performance-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
